The story
The upcycle wall lamp SPOOL was once part of a welding machine. Welding wire is originally wound around the coil. When the welding wire is used up, the spool is usually thrown away. Tolhuijs gives the coil a second life and turns this waste product into a sustainable design lamp.
The SPOOL wall lamp is truly a sustainable and social Dutch design. Both the acquisition of the raw material and the production are done on our own soil.
The SPOOL Classic wall lamp is equipped with colored SKINS , available in 5 colours. There is also a SPOOL Deluxe available, where the lamp is provided with a layer of welding wire ( Deluxe version ) .
